UNICEF announced the official launch of the GDC – Global Development Commons. The GDC is an open-access digital platform to crowdsource real-time evidence and innovations to support child-focused Sustainable Development Goals. The inspiration behind the platform is to create a space for cross-sectorial discussion, learning, problem-solving and most importantly, to democratize knowledge that benefits children and young people.
Young people are among the most important group whose voices need to be included. UNICEF invites you to join a global webinar: we will learn more about how to contribute your ideas and what role you have in shaping children’s futures. UNICEF and other stakeholders will routinely monitor this platform to hear from young people across the world. This includes your ideas as well as research that is relevant to the needs of young people.
