Is it possible to cancel, suspend or postpone the activities for Erasmus+ and ESC
because of coronavirus?
The European Commission sent a note to all National Agencies with indications for the management of Erasmus+ mobility within the Covid-19 emergency.
The European Commission informs that the participants can request the National Agencies to apply the force majeure clause to the activities taking place in any interested area as well as to the incoming mobility from these areas, as foreseen in the template of the grant agreement between the National Agencies and the beneficiaries and as defined in the Programme Guide and other contractual documents.
It is possible to cancel, suspend or postpone the activities by appealing to the cause of force majeure.
