European Universities, budget doubled

The available budget for the brand-new European Universities project will double, reaching up to EUR 60 million for the current call.

The news came after the amendment of the Erasmus+ 2019 Annual Work Programme, released on February 15.

Erasmus+, additional funds Forward-Looking Cooperation Projects

Also the Forward-Looking Cooperation Projects will benfit from the amendment of the 2019 annual work programme for the implementation of “Erasmus+, released on 15 February.

The total budget has been increased from 12.000.000 EUR to a total of 15.000.000 EUR for the current call.

Erasmus+, additional funds for Sector Skills Alliances

The total budget for Sector Skills Alliances actions in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme has been increased up to a total of EUR 35 500 000. The additional funding is split as follows:

Lot 1 – Sector Skills Alliances for the development of sectoral approaches through “Platforms of vocational excellence” – indicative total budget: EUR 6 000 000 (maximum EU contribution for a project of 2 years: EUR 1 000 000);
Lot 2 – Sector Skills Alliances for design and delivery of VET- indicative total budget: EUR 5 500 000 (maximum EU contribution for a project of 2 years:
EUR 700 000 or maximum EU contribution for a project of 3 years: EUR 1 000 000);
Lot 3 – Sector Skills Alliances for implementing a new strategic approach (Blueprint) to sectoral cooperation on skills – indicative total budget: EUR 24 000 000 (maximum EU contribution for a project of 4 years: EUR 4 000 000).
